This cooking class is born from the conviction that our diet is unique in the world and that’s why we want as much as possible to bring our loving tourists to discover it through a day of nature and authentic flavors ….
The day starts at 10.00 from Piazza Duomo, the meeting point at the foot of the monumental staircase of the Cathedral .
The duration is about 5/6 hours and includes:
a quick tour by electric car , from the center to the great valley of the mills ;
from here, where we will be waiting for the famous family Aceto, which for years they have devoted themself , with care and passion ,for the cultivation and production GOLD Coast : The Sfusato Amalfitano .
Here, between Lemon tour and art museum , we arrive at the peak of the day, where our guests, followed by Giovanna E Ramona, will become the main protagonists that with their hands they will cook the cult dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine which they will also receive basic knowledge that can reproduce and transmit in their country …
The day will end with a visit to the factory of Limoncello and final tasting !
