The main ingredient of our menu is obviously lemon, the undisputed protagonist of the Amalfi Coast cuisine. The Sfusato Amalfitano is one of the most valuable variety of lemon and it can be excellently used both in confectionery and as a base for many recipes, but also for the production of Limoncello. Moreover, choosing our Pizza making classes you will be able to knead the real pizza Margherita, famous and loved all over the world.
We will teach you all the secrets of the traditional recipes and we guide you in the discovery of alternative ways of using the Amalfi lemon in the kitchen every day.
