Lemon cake


3 eggs
250 gr of sugar
150 gr of butter
250 gr of flour
100 gr of milk
16 gr of baking powder
3 lemons.


Work butter and sugar and after, when it is well whipped, add 1 egg at time.
Add the flour and baking powder slowly. Pour the milk and the yellow skins of the lemons, pour into a greased and floured cookie cutter (26 cm of diameter). Bake in a preheated oven at about 170 ° for 35/40 minutes
For the glaze:
the juice of 3 lemons
250 gr of sugar.
Heat until the liquid becomes honey-coloured. Pour it still hot on the surface of the cake.
