Lemon Meatballs

Lemon Meatballs


  • 500g minced beef (cow),
  • 5 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
  • 300 g of smoked mozzarella
  • chopped parsley
  • grated rind of 2 lemons
  • salt
  • 2 eggs
  • chopped garlic clove


Mix and blends all the ingredients. Then make into balls and fry them evenly in plenty of extra virgin olive oil until browned. Once fried, place them in a rectangular container on which you have previously placed the leaves of lemon. (If you do not have lemon leaves, add some skin in the dough). Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit
