Spaghetti with 7 scents


( four helpings)

400 gr of spaghetti
10 small green spicy peppers
10 cherry tomatoes
100gr of green olives and black olives, preferably from Gaeta
30 gr of desalted capers
A stalk of celery
Basil, just enough
Garlic and onion, as required
Extra virgin olive oil
50g of grated Parmesan cheese
Oregano, just enough


Take a large pan and pour all the ingredients cut into small pieces. Cook for 10 minutes. After having boiled the spaghetti (al dente), pour into the pan, flavour with grated Parmesan cheese and sauté for a few minutes.
